ANTARES 7.60  (Click here for detailed specifications)

A true cruising motor boat...

From the moment you open the aft door of the wheelhouse, the impression of volume and space is astonishing for a boat of 7.50 metres.

To port is a dinette for four which can be converted into a double berth. To starboard there is a fully-equipped galley with sea views (the icebox is located in the companionway to starboard).

Switch on the ignition. The engine purrs under the well insulated floor. At high speed, your friends, well propped up on the top cushion of the forward backrest of the settee, can comfortably enjoy the experience with you. Another nice surprise : the noise level, and especially vibrations, have been considerably reduced for even greater comfort.

To continue your owner’s tour of the boat : overhead instrument panel above the windshield, sliding side windows, opening hatch .... everything is designed to make life on board enjoyable. On the port side of the companionway is an enclosed marine toilet, fitted with plenty of stowage lockers, a washbasin and a pressurized fresh water hand-held shower unit

As for the forward cabin, it has a real double bed (2 m x 2.10 m). The hull portholes provide good lighting, and it is also ventilated by an opening hatch on the coach roof.

Whether for a day’s fishing party, or several days of pleasant cruising, the Antarès 7.60 is fully able to adapt to your requirements and the sort of seagoing you want. It will become vital to the success of your holidays ... and for a good many seasons to come!

Getting serious about pleasure...

The Antarès 7.60 is a serious motor boat. Designed by André Bénéteau, it has the same high quality hull for which the Antarès’ have become famous. It has also been designed and built with technology and materials that have been tried and tested over the whole of Bénéteau’s range of boats : integral moulded structure, built-in engine mounting, protected keel and propeller guard.

And all this with your enjoyment in mind. Faultless sea keeping both when stopped and at full speed, and high performance whichever engine you opt for (more than 20 knots with the 150 hp engine, 25 knots with the 200 hp).

As for safety, the big cockpit is well protected by the high teak-covered coamings, the transom is fitted with an access gate, and a stainless steel pulpit encircles the deck from the foredeck to the cockpit, allowing perfectly safe access to the side decks.

On the foredeck, you will appreciate the big anchor well and the robust stem head fitting. The whole family too will love the seat built into the coach roof, ideal for outings in good weather, or for simply relaxing when at anchor.

Beneteau ... The Spirit of the Sea.
